Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Orders over a qualifying amount may be eligible for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. International deliveries typically arrive within 7–21 business days.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Meowden® is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Meowden® is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
