Getting It Ready

1. Open the tank cover on the back and fill it with about 20 ml of clean water.
2. Add around 2 ml of leave-in pet serum if you like, then close the cover.
3. Open the massage pad from the top and wrap a cotton cloth around it.
4. Rotate the pad back into place and lock it.
5. Squeeze the pad lightly to start the water flowing.
6. Brush with the grain, then tilt the teeth and press down to lift remaining loose hair.
