Eight Simple Steps

1. Lay out the canvas and tools on a flat surface.
2. Peel back part of the protective film, not all of it.
3. Find a symbol on the canvas and match it to the color list.
4. Pour that color's drills into the tray and shake gently so they settle facet-side up.
5. Press the pen tip into the wax to pick up some glue.
6. Touch the pen to a drill and set it on its matching symbol.
7. Use the multi-placer tip to set several drills at once and speed things up.
8. When you're finished, press the canvas under a heavy book to set the drills firmly.

Display It

Because the canvas ships rolled, it lies flat quickly with no creases to fight. Once finished, frame it and hang it in a bedroom or reading nook, or give it to a fellow cat lover. It's a sweet, handmade gift with toe beans front and center.
