Vintage Japanese Cat Poster with Record Player, Canvas Print

A cat, a record player and the soft, faded colors of vintage Japanese prints. This canvas poster mixes two things a lot of people love in equal measure, cats and music, in a retro style that suits a bedroom, a reading nook or the wall above your turntable.

Retro Japanese Style, Printed on Canvas

The design takes its look from vintage Japanese art: flat color, simple shapes and a calm, slightly old-fashioned mood. A striped cat and a record player sit at the center of the scene, so it reads as both a cat piece and a music piece. It's printed on canvas with waterproof ink, which gives it a textured surface with more character than a glossy paper poster.

Key Features

• Cat and Record Player Design: a striped cat paired with a vintage turntable
• Japanese Retro Style: a muted, vintage look that works with modern and boho rooms alike
• Canvas Material: a textured surface instead of standard poster paper
• Waterproof Ink: the medium the supplier lists for printing
• Unframed: choose the frame or hanging style that fits your space

Ways to Hang It

The print arrives without a frame, which gives you a few options:

• Picture frame: the cleanest, most finished look
• Hanging frame: wooden or magnetic poster rails along the top and bottom, for a scroll-style display
• Bulldog clip: one clip and a nail for an easy, casual setup
• Pin or hanger: a pants-style hanger or pins for a quick DIY display
• Binder clips: two small clips on hooks, good for renters

Where It Fits

It works above a record shelf, next to a reading chair or in a bedroom that leans retro. It's also an easy gift for a friend who owns both a cat and a turntable. Most cat people seem to collect records, and most record collectors seem to have a cat sitting on the sleeves.
