Ceramic Cat Water Fountain, Blue Lotus Design With Koi Fish Bowl

A little waterfall your cat can drink from. This ceramic water fountain pours a steady stream from a blue lotus bud into a glazed bowl, where two tiny koi fish swim on the bottom. Many cats like drinking from moving water, and this fountain also looks like a small piece of decor on your kitchen floor or in a quiet corner.

Please note: choose blue or black at checkout. Each piece is glazed by hand, so the color and speckles vary slightly.

Running Water, Ceramic Style

A small pump sits inside the base and lifts water up to the lotus, where it spills back into the bowl and circulates continuously. A sponge filter on the pump helps catch hair and debris, and a switch on the pump lets you adjust the flow, from a gentle trickle to a stronger stream. The glazed ceramic surface wipes clean easily and won't hold onto smells the way some plastic bowls can.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it refill itself?

No. The pump recirculates the water already in the bowl. Top it up as the level drops so the pump stays covered.

How often should I clean it?

Change the water every day or two, and wash the bowl and rinse the filter about once a week. Replace the filter sponge when it looks worn.

Is it noisy?

You'll hear the sound of trickling water. Turning the flow down makes it quieter.

Is it heavy?

Ceramic is heavier than plastic, which helps keep the fountain from tipping or sliding.
