Check the Fit First

These posts work with many standard cat trees, climbing frames and cat cages, but sizes vary between brands. Before ordering, measure the length and diameter of the post you want to replace. Also check that your cat tree uses a center bolt to join posts and platforms. If your existing post is longer, you can stack two posts or combine one with a shorter section.

Swapping a Post

1. Unscrew the damaged post from the platform or base.
2. Thread a bolt into the end of the new post.
3. Line it up with the hole in the platform and twist it into place.
4. Secure the other end with a screw and tighten with the hex key.
5. Give the tree a firm shake to make sure everything is snug.
